The African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) is a leading multilateral financial institution dedicated to supporting and promoting intra- and extra-African trade, with a strong focus on the sustainable expansion, diversification, and development of trade across the continent.
The challenge:
Clics was entrusted with designing and constructing the Afreximbank stand for its participation in the 2024 Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF), a leading pan-African trade and investment event. Having collaborated with Afreximbank on several projects across the continent, we set out to create an exhibition space that embodied its mission as a world-class and socially responsible financial institution.
Meeting Lounge: Open and sophisticated space with zones for networking and promotional displays.
Sustainable Feature: Integrated green wall, adding a natural and sustainable element to the design.
Enhanced Lighting: Suspended lighting fixtures to create a warm and engaging ambiance.
Modular Construction: Custom-built wooden structures designed for easy assembly and disassembly.
Creating an exhibition space that embodied Afreximbank’s role in continental economic development and social responsibility was central to this project.
To achieve this goal, we designed a modern, engaging booth that blended corporate aesthetics with sustainable elements.
An open meeting area with sofa suites and tables provided a welcoming space for business exchanges, while suspended lighting fixtures enhanced the professional ambiance.
We highlighted key company features with high-quality printed materials and placed large banners around the pavilion for maximum visibility.
A green wall added a refreshing touch, reinforcing Afreximbank’s commitment to sustainability.
