With over 30 official participations in international exhibitions across Africa, Europe, Asia, and America, and hosting more than 40 fairs and events annually, SAFEX (Algerian Society of Fairs and Exports) is Algeria’s leading organizer of national and international economic events, playing a vital role in promoting business opportunities across various industries.
The challenge:
At the 2021 Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF) in Durban, South Africa, Clics Expo had the privilege of designing and building the Algerian pavilion for SAFEX. The main challenge was to create spacious and efficiently structured display areas that could accommodate 38 exhibitors while ensuring optimized networking, product displays, and smooth visitor mobility.
Spacious Design: Five-module pavilion layout covering 600 sqm.
Networking Spaces: Dedicated networking lounges within each module with VIP meeting areas.
Displays and Shelves: Display panels and shelving units for product presentation.
Furnishing: Supplying all necessary furniture and plants for exhibitor and visitor convenience.
Signage and Branding: Elevated branding towers with integrated backlit signage.
For this project, we designed a 600 sqm exhibition space with five sections optimized for accessibility and visitor flow.
Built with preassembled modular components for easy transport, quick assembly, and dismantling, the pavilion hosted 38 companies.
Each exhibitor had dedicated displays, storage units, and meeting areas to showcase products and engage with clients efficiently.
The networking lounges were furnished and illuminated to create a welcoming environment for interactions.
Display shelves and showcases enhanced the presentation of products and promotional materials.
